Cancellation and Refund Policy:

At Kidillus, we understand that plans can change and sometimes cancellations are necessary. However, once the final artwork has been approved by you, the book illustration service cannot be cancelled. We will have completed our obligations and delivered the final product to you.

However, if you wish to make any changes to the final artwork, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions, subject to any additional fees that may apply. Please note that revisions may affect the delivery timeline of the final product.

If you need to cancel your order before the final artwork has been delivered to you, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be made within 7 days of placing your order. If your request is within the cancellation period, we will issue a refund of any payments you have made for the service, minus any non-refundable deposits or cancellation fees that may apply.

Please note that cancellation requests received outside of the cancellation period may not be eligible for a refund. However, we will review each request on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a solution that works for you.

Refund Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with the final artwork we provide. If you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and find a solution that meets your needs.

If we are unable to resolve your concerns and you believe that you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the final artwork. We will review your request and may issue a refund of any payments you have made for the service, minus any non-refundable deposits or cancellation fees that may apply.

Please note that in some cases, we may not be able to offer a refund. For example, if we believe that the final artwork meets the specifications outlined in your initial order and we have fulfilled our obligations, we may not be able to issue a refund. However, we will review each request on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a solution that works for you.

If we determine that a refund is appropriate, we will issue the refund within 7 days of approving the request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the service.
