Terms of Service and Use Agreement 

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the illustration and book design services (the "Services") provided by KIDILLUS ("we" or "us") to our customers ("you"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
 

1. Acceptance of Agreement
   By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use our Services.
    

2. Services
   We provide a variety of services, including book formatting, illustration, manuscript editing, and other related services. You may request any of our Services by contacting us through our website or by email.
    

3. Payment
   You agree to pay the fees for the Services as agreed upon by us and you. Payment for Services may be made through PayPal or credit card. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you fail to make timely payments.
    

4. Intellectual Property
   We retain all rights, title, and interest in all designs, illustrations, and other creative works created by us in connection with the Services ("Works"). We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Works solely for the purpose of publishing and promoting your book. You agree not to use the Works for any other purpose without our prior written consent.
    

5. Your Content
   You retain all rights to any text, images, or other content that you provide to us for the purpose of providing the Services ("Your Content"). You represent and warrant that you have the right to use and provide Your Content to us for the Services, and that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
    

6. Confidentiality
   We will keep all information provided by you in connection with the Services confidential, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Services. You agree not to disclose any confidential information that we provide to you in connection with the Services.
    

7. Warranty Disclaimer
   We make no warranties or representations regarding the Services, and we disclaim any express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
    

8. Limitation of Liability
   In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services.
    

9. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or Your Content.
    

10. Termination
    We may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing you with notice. Upon termination, you agree to immediately cease using the Services and destroy any Works that we have provided to you.
     

11. Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
     

12. Entire Agreement
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
     

13. Changes to Agreement
    We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to this Agreement will be posted on our website.
